The Opportunity :
Our client is a leading manufacturer for pulp, paper, and wood-fibre-based packaging and is needing a skilled Accounts Payable / Receivable Administrator with office management experience for a temporary part-time role based in Penrose.

What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience in Accounts Payable / ReceivableStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAvailable to start ASAPKey Responsibilities :
Run aged receivables reports and follow up on overdue invoices; escalate when necessaryPrepare commentary on overdue accounts and lead fortnightly aged debtors meetingsSet up new customers (including reference checks, credit reports, PPSR registration)Set up new vendors and maintain master dataProcess OpenText queue and resolve AP issues with requisition creatorsReview GRIR report and clear aged line itemsProvide ad hoc and month-end reportingAttend stocktakes as requiredManage office supplies, incoming parcels, consumables, and PPEManage the reception area and greet incoming customers and visitorsManage stock levels for stationary and PPEAbout the Company
