RealNZ — Talent Acquisition & Internal Comms Specialist
We are looking for a lead with enthusiasm and experience to mentor, inspire and coach our Contact Centre team based in Queenstown on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Contact Centre handles inbound calls from guests and local agents, as well as emails and webchat.
You will manage your time effectively and multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment while remaining personable and professional.
As the Coordinator you will have responsibility over the team, ensuring that accurate and timely confirmation for all reservation requests (including wholesale) is completed.
Working closely with the Head of Guest Services - Tourism, you will play an important part in passionately selling and promoting all things RealNZ.
Overview
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Queenstown.
You will lead the Contact Centre team to deliver excellent guest experiences and drive sales opportunities while maintaining high service levels.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to the Contact Centre team.
Continuously achieve sales targets and optimise all opportunities.
Use reservations systems effectively, preferably FareHarbor.
Maintain prior Contact Centre experience and high service standards (written and verbal).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales agents.
Ensure accurate and timely confirmations for all reservation requests (including wholesale).
Manage time and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while remaining personable.
Qualifications / What you'll bring
Proven leadership and coaching experience.
Track record of achieving sales targets and optimising opportunities.
Experience with reservations systems (preferably FareHarbor).
Previous Contact Centre experience.
Excellent service and communication skills (written and verbal).
Proven ability to develop excellent working relationships with sales agents.
High accuracy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
