What you’ll do | Hei mahi

• Achieve and surpass sales targets by proactively identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while protecting and growing existing trade spend and securing new marketing budget revenue.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for your allocated patch, providing accurate sales forecasting and managing pricing in line with the commercial strategy.
• Deeply understand client objectives by maintaining high-level engagement across all seniority levels, actively leading client presentations and engagements, and acting as a spokesperson for the company.
• Leverage customer data to create compelling, high-impact proposals, embedding yourself within the Countdown commercial team to ensure sales alignment with marketing and category plans.
• Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, ensuring product expertise, and role model company values while consistently contributing to the high-performance and growth of the media sales team.
