About The Company

Stellar has partnered with an end-to-end construction property and land development specialist delivering high-quality residential, commercial, industrial, and subdivision projects across New Zealand. Our client manages the full scope of development work.

Due to growth they are looking for an experienced Construction Development Manager to lead the initiation, management, and completion of commercial property development projects.

To be successful in this position you will have 7+ years property development in New Zealand

Key Responsibilities Include

• Lead end-to-end development projects from feasibility and due diligence through to completion.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, councils, and investors.
• Oversee design and construction delivery to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Negotiate and manage development agreements and construction contracts
• Manage risks and resolve issues to maintain project momentum
• Identify and secure strategic development opportunities aligned with market demand
