• Identify, secure, and expand strategically important customers, managing high value bids and tenders, and leading complex negotiations.
• Shape market strategy – develop and execute growth plans to enter new markets and expand share.
• Drive commercial excellence – leverage analytics, CRM insights, and pricing strategy to maximise conversion and revenue.
• Embed best practice – uplift sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting across the business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with operations, finance, commercial, and IT teams to deliver seamless, value-driven solutions.
• Mentor future talent – share your expertise and help grow sales capability across the national team.
