We're proud to have developed an industry reputation for a client-focused design service based on listening, creative aptitude, and a cost-effective design approach.We are now seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team.ResponsibilitiesCommunicating with internal and external parties to ensure deadlines are metPreparing and submitting all required building consentsAssisting with design administration tasksLiaising with councils and other external agenciesFollowing up on actions required & supporting the design teamQualificationsAt least 3 years' experience in building administration or similar with a customer service backgroundThe ability to read plansA high level of commitment to meeting deadlinesThe ability to multi-taskA strong work ethic and desire to achieve resultsIn this role you'll be coordinating and administering design activities to ensure client satisfaction.
