The Role :
As Compliance Administrator, you'll be supporting the internal compliance function and assisting the wider team to meet legal, regulatory, and industry requirements.
You'll help coordinate due diligence checks, maintain up-to-date records, and assist with the preparation of audit and reporting documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain compliance documentation and registers
Support the implementation and monitoring of AML / CFT policies and procedures
Assist with client onboarding checks and due diligence processes
Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to gather and verify required documents
Prepare internal reports and assist with audit preparation
Stay updated on changes to regulatory requirements and support policy updates
We're looking for someone who is :
Experienced in administrative or compliance support roles
Exceptionally organised, detail-focused, and able to work independently
Confident with Microsoft Office Experience
Familiarity with AML / CFT obligations is advantageous, but not essential
