Job descriptionOverseeing the daily operations of inwards goods and stock control Ensuring full compliance with MPI, RMP, health & safety, and quality requirements Leading business and process improvements, contributing your own ideas and helping implement new ones Managing documentation, inventory accuracy, and electronic stock records Training and developing your team to meet and exceed high standards 3–4 years\' leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or factory environment Proven ability to motivate, engage, and lead teams Strong understanding of inwards / outwards goods processes Knowledge of MPI, RMP, HACCP, and health & safety requirements Great problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset Sound computer skills and ERP system experience A forklift licence
