What You'll Do
Testing & Standards
– Manage material testing processes, liaise with labs and partners, and track performance against benchmarks.
Data Management
– Own and maintain the materials database, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all systems.
Collaboration & Support
– Work with designers, developers, and suppliers to deliver material solutions that meet performance, sustainability, and commercial goals.
Process Improvement
– Identify workflow enhancements, document SOPs, and support team training.
What You'll Bring
Administrative Expertise
– Proven experience in coordination, data management, and process support within a fast-paced environment – an interest in textiles and apparel is a bonus
Data & Systems Proficiency
– Skilled in accuracy, document control, and digital tools
Precision & Problem-Solving
– Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and a proactive mindset.
Process Ownership
– Takes initiative to streamline workflows, manage priorities efficiently, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks in a busy, detail-driven environment.
