Our team of professionals provide outstanding administrative services to almost 1,100 bodies corporate and manage over 26,000 units within Auckland and various parts of New Zealand.

About the Role

This role connects the Business Development and Body Corporate teams, ensuring every new client has a smooth and professional onboarding experience. Working alongside our Business Development Managers, you will take over once contracts are signed and guide clients through the onboarding process until they are ready for ongoing management.

You will be the key contact for new committees, developers, and owners during this phase, coordinating communication, documentation, and setup across the Finance and Support teams. It’s a fast-paced, client-facing position that combines relationship management, organisation, and attention to detail — ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and seeing results.

What we are looking for

• Experience in Body Corporate or property administration, particularly in client onboarding or account management.
• Knowledge of the Unit Titles Act and related compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Good understanding of financial processes in a Body Corporate context.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365 (experience with USM advantageous).
