Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Account Manager to play a pivotal role in our continued growth and be responsible for owning and growing relationships with suppliers. This isn’t just a sales role, it’s a key position that directly shapes the success of our supplier partnerships and the commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow revenue and bookings across your supplier portfolio and key markets.
- Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and performance reviews with suppliers.
- Design and execute sales strategies that drive commercial performance and supplier engagement.
- Act as a commercial partner to suppliers — aligning mutual business goals and driving joint success.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with supplier stakeholders.
- Analyse and report on supplier performance, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver paid retail campaigns that drive supplier performance.
- Be the market expert — monitor competitor activity, product and service innovation and industry shifts to stay ahead.
- Support the Operations and Finance teams with supplier-related customer escalations and resolution strategies.
About You
You’re a high-performing sales and relationship professional who combines strategic thinking with a commercial mindset. You’re driven by results, fueled by data, and thrive on creating strong partnerships that deliver mutual value. With your collaborative approach and eye for opportunity, you know how to make an impact — for your suppliers and the business.
Key Skills and experience
At least 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management roles, ideally within E-Commerce.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on data and insights.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Highly organised, proactive, and driven to exceed performance targets.Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Customer-focused, collaborative and credible in building strong partnerships.Experienced in CRM systems and MS Office suite.About Us
