Account Manager
with a background in printing to join our high-performing Sales team.

In this exciting and varied role, you will :
Cultivate and grow relationships with all clients to improve the position of MCC within those accounts to ensure MCC is seen as a business partner of choice.
This will include a mix of existing top corporate accounts in the beverage market, along with a mix of smaller accounts.
Drive for results through proactively prospecting for new customers while maintaining your sales pipeline through Salesforce.
Maintain margin levels as per MCC's sales strategy.
Develop plans and strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
This includes track and reporting of sales metrics and performance targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers as well as negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with our customers.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and cost improvements.
Stay updated on industry developments, best practices and monitor market trends.
About you
Account Management experience within the manufacturing industry.
Previous experience in printing, packaging or label manufacturing is essential.
Experience in the wine market would be highly desired.
You have a excitement for what you do and will bring real energy to the team and professionalism to the role.
Passionate about customer service and your customers and have a strong drive for results.
Experience with CRM tools.
Can demonstrate the ability to establish & maintain positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excels in organisation & time management skills and is flexible & adaptable to changing workload.
Must have a valid driver's license.
