Customer Service Representative - Cook Street

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this position offers variety and involvement across all areas of the branch.

You will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our customers, who are made up of trades, businesses and homeowners.Assist and serve at the Trade Counter, and recommend suitable products tailored to our customers preferences.Manage Inwards Goods, including accurate receipting and system entry.Ensure products are well-organised and ready for dispatch.Monitor inventory levels, regular cycle counts and stock replenishment, rotating products to ensure optimal presentation.Support with delivery driving when required.Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards through general housekeeping.This is a permanent full-time role at our Cook St (Auckland CBD) branch, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays.About You : To succeed in this role, you'll be a natural communicator and relationship builder who puts customers at the heart of everything you do.

Friendly, reliable, and ready to jump in, you'll thrive in a team environment and bring a strong work ethic to the role.You will be upbeat, approachable, and deliver great service to everyone you meet.Previous experience in a customer-facing role (ideal but not essential).
