About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, friendly, and physically fit team player to join us as a Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same!

Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and dispatching online and retail orders

Serving customers at our trade counter and over the phone

Representing the Grow and Brew brand and values

Keeping the warehouse tidy and stock organised

Having fun while working alongside a supportive team

Qualifications

Have great customer service skills and a positive attitude

Are honest, reliable, and physically fit

Enjoy hands-on work and working in a fast-paced environment

Have previous retail experience - Growing and / or brewing (preferred, but not essential)

Love helping others and enjoy all things brewing and / or growing (preferred, but not essential)
