Your Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement - Make outbound calls to support loyalty programs and resolve queries.
- Complaint Resolution - Respond professionally and empathetically to customer concerns.
- System Management - Update customer records, call logs, and feedback in internal systems.
- Program Coordination - Help manage reward and recognition programs.
- Team Support - Assist internal teams with escalations and provide admin support to senior staff.
What We're Looking For :
- Experience Mix - Around 1.5-2 years in call centre roles and 1.5-2 years in admin roles.
- Tech Confidence - Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Excellent Communicator - Friendly, clear, and professional on phone and in writing.
- Detail-Oriented and Dependable - Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Eager to Learn - Motivated, coachable, and excited to develop your skills.
