Coordinate with internal / external partners and speakers to ensure seamless delivery
Compile data, support reporting, and provide ad-hoc admin assistance
Schedule meetings and take minutes when required
Requirements :
Diploma / Polytechnic graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in programme or event management
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual tools such as Zoom / MS Teams
Positive attitude, strong integrity, and drive for excellence
