Senior Programme Executive

Responsibilities

To plan and execute station's promo plan and calendar of events (on air / on ground / virtual) together with the Programme Director.

Scope of the Role

To assist the station manager with daily operations, ensuring content aligns with audience preferences and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include creating campaigns, building sponsor relationships, and implementing strategic plans to maintain competitiveness and enhance station brand awareness.

This role involves effective collaboration with other departments and industry professionals to achieve the station's goals.

Responsibilities

Package and execute the station's contests, benchmarks and promotion ideas.

Ensure all promotions benefit the station and target audience.

Purchase station premiums as approved by PD and maintain stock of the station premiums

Attend production meetings and coordinates with Commercial Department and clients and Djs.

Work closely with Commercial Department to discuss ideas for potential sponsors.

Also creating new program elements that can be monetized and grow new revenue opp for station.

Ensure all promotional SOPs are followed.

Drive higher social engagement by working closely with digital social media manager for social media activations.

Monitor competitors' latest trends and media events.

Work to determine station's collaterals with approved budgets.

Work with Admin and interns to ensure prize management and inventory is executed according to guidelines and SOPs.

Qualifications

Requirements

At least a A-Level or Poly Graduate

1 to 2 years of working experience

Project management skills

Be able to communicate well and work with a team of DJs

Strong organization and analytics skills

Meticulous and detailed
