Senior Executive- Group Shared Services Data Management
Job Description :
- Oversee the data management team in ensuring the timely and accurate processing for HR Data for all the institutions and departments in the organisation
- Ensure the team that the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met, reviewed and revised when appropriate.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the management of HR data management, oversee and manage all agreed HR processes and ensure the services are delivered in line with the policies and relevant Legislation requirement.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with COE team members, internal Shared Services cross teams, HRIS teams, and various institutions business partners.
- Analyze work process design to implement improved processes and suggest appropriate solutions or improvements to raise the overall employee experience and efficiency.
- Perform any other assigned duties / projects.
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree with 3 years of HR experience preferably with at least 1 year of supervisory management experiencePast working experience in the area of payroll administration in healthcare will be an added advantageCompetent in HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) and MS office (Excel & Word)Analytical skills and meticulous with an eye for detailsHigh level of initiative, independent with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsTeam player who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Salary up to $4500Job ID : L9YYWYXY
