Job Description

The National University of Singapore is seeking a highly motivated candidate as a Program Lead for Age Well Everyday at the Yeo Boon Khim Mind Science Centre. Reporting to the Centre Director, the candidate will manage a nexus linking research, ground-level implementation, stakeholder engagement, event management and team development. The candidate is to ensure the programme's robustness, sustainability, and relevance in addressing Singapore's imminent ageing challenges. The Yeo Boon Khim Mind Science Centre is a NUS and National University Health System (NUHS) Centre. mindsciencecentre.sg. Appointments will be made on a 2-year contract basis with the possibility of extension.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Program Vision & Strategy

• Develop program vision and strategies
• Prepare and submit regular strategic reports to board, program committee, senior management and donors, detailing the program's performance, plans, and needs
• Undertake the day to day running of the program
• Oversee program financial management, including budget planning, resource allocation, expense tracking, and procurement processes
