Program Vision & StrategyDevelop program vision and strategiesPrepare and submit regular strategic reports to board, program committee, senior management and donors, detailing the program's performance, plans, and needsUndertake the day to day running of the programOversee program financial management, including budget planning, resource allocation, expense tracking, and procurement processes2.
Content Development and EvaluationMonitor trends in healthy ageing to identify growth opportunitiesDevelop strategic positioning for educational and research content and materials, and refresh content regularly to increase their relevance and impactDesign program evaluation and measure program efficacy3.
Capacity Building in the Community & Partner CollaborationBuild capacity and capability through training of healthcare professionals, educators, caregivers, volunteers and students in mental health4.
Research Collaboration & ImplementationCollaborate with Principal Investigators on multi-disciplinary translational research and develop, pilot and implement population-based interventionsIdentify new opportunities to expand the program's scope and influence5.
Stakeholder Management & Feedback IntegrationDesign and maintain networks with public and private stakeholders to foster partnerships and collaborationDevelop, deliver, and evaluate the program's marketing and brand communication strategiesOrganise outreach initiatives to engage stakeholders and build a community of practice, such as webinars, networking sessions and conferencesEnsure events are effectively planned, executed, and evaluated for continuous improvementDevelop collaterals and marketing materials such as decks, brochures, fact sheets, videosNegotiate agreements and secure funding for initiatives and projects6.
Volunteer Management, Training & CertificationFacilitate volunteer management, training and development to improve skills, capacities and capabilitiesCoordinate volunteer activities, including recruitment, training, certification, development and appreciation7.
Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead and develop the team, including researchers and administrative support staffWork closely with the team to ensure efficient operation and high-quality outputPromote a positive and supportive working environment to foster productivity and job satisfactionSupport Centre Director on strategic projects.
