Job Title : Events & Marketing Executive (AI & Learning Tech Conference – March 2026). Working Hours : Mon–Thu : 8.30am to 6.00pm | Fri : 8.30am to 5.30pm. Industry : Events / Marketing / Education Technology.

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and creative Events & Marketing Executive to support the successful delivery of the AI and Learning Technology Conference happening in March 2026. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys event coordination, digital engagement, and working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update the event website with relevant information and visuals.
• Source for and manage event collaterals, goodies and vendor items.
• Create digital and social media content to promote the event.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for the conference.
• Source, invite and coordinate with vendors for Learning Technology Pitch Sessions.
• Ensure smooth coordination of vendor showcases and related sessions.
