To play a key role in the marketing aspects for the MINI brand in Singapore and increasing brand and product awareness through developing strategies that match customer / prospects requirements to ensure increased existing customer loyalty and attract conquest customers
Job responsibilities :
Supporting role in establishing the marketing strategy for the dealership
Support development of a consistent marketing strategy and plan based on agreed target audience with Brand Principal and Dealership Management
Ensure action plans are implemented to achieve short- and long-term marketing objectives
Conduct SWOT analysis of dealership marketing activities
Conduct strategic reviews and amend objectives / approaches as required
Observing the market and assisting in marketing activities / campaigns
Support and execute marketing initiatives and events (annual and ad hoc)
Coordinate potential marketing and sponsorship opportunities across departments
Liaise with agencies and vendors for development, production, and post-campaign / event reports (collaterals, webpages, materials)
Ensure marketing communications comply with MINI CI and Brand Principal approvals
Coordinate with BMW and MINI brand departments on brand / product events
Analyse competitor activities and campaigns
Stay updated on consumer / industry trends, marketing landscape, and MINI product knowledge
Operational management and inventory control
Monitor marketing spend and invoicing against allocated budget
Ensure timely submission of post-campaign / event reports to Brand Principal and Management
Manage and update dealership marketing collaterals
Oversee stock inventory of marketing merchandise
Contact point for internal and external partners
Coordinate all marketing matters with internal / external stakeholders
Work with agencies and vendors on development, production, and post-campaign / event reporting of CRM collaterals, webpages, and materials
Public relations initiatives and activities
Assist in press-related topics and activities
Coordinate media test drives and consolidate news clippings

Candidate Requirements
Digital Marketing
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO / SEM, and Google Analytics
Creative Marketing
Skilled in content creation (copywriting, graphics, video assets) for multi-channel campaigns
Event Management
Hands-on experience in planning, organising, and executing marketing events, roadshows, or product launches
General Competencies
