Marketing Assistant

Salary : $3500 - $5000 (Depend on Experience) +Bonus

Knowledge : ACMV / construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

Language : Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese and English, to translate technical / marketing content and liaise with Japanese-speaking counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities and presentations for the Singapore branch.
• Translate and prepare marketing materials, proposals, reports, and corporate communications between English and Japanese to support regional projects.
• Assist in tender submissions, project documents, and promotional content related to the ACMV / construction industry.
• Liaise with HQ in Japan and regional offices to align on project updates and corporate announcements.
• Organize client visits and visits from HQ personnel.
• Conduct market research and prepare competitor / industry analysis reports.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Business Development team.
