Assistant Brand Manager (FMCG, One North, Established MNC)
We are seeking a Senior Associate Brand Manager to support the Global Brand Manager on a fast-growing product platform with strong innovation and campaign pipelines.
The role involves leading brand innovation and driving go-to-market execution across multiple international markets.
Contract Role (Maternity Cover)
Salary up to $5500
Location : One North
Responsibilities :
Lead assigned innovation projects, acting as Global Project Leader to oversee project planning, manage cross-functional networks, build business cases, coordinate team deliverables, and ensure on-time, successful launches.
Develop and execute integrated 360° campaigns across digital, public relations and retail touchpoints.
Partner with key stakeholders, including medical, regulatory, and commercial teams, to support launch readiness and market activation.
This role offers the opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of initiatives, work across global teams, and develop leadership capabilities in brand management within a dynamic environment.
Requirements :
Experience in brand management, marketing, or FMCG sectors (experience in consumer products, healthcare, or lifestyle industries will be an advantage).
Strong understanding of consumer trends, digital platforms, and integrated marketing approaches.
Skilled in brand development, positioning, and communications strategy.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects with global teams (e.g., insights, supply chain, finance, procurement, R&D) and external agencies.
Strong project leadership with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Problem-solving mindset with proactive, outcome-driven thinking.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
