We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our CALVIN KLEIN team at QUEENSTOWN, New Zealand .

About the role

We are seeking a results-driven leader to guide store operations, drive sales performance, and develop a high-performing team in a retail environment. The role focuses on store leadership, customer service excellence, and ongoing operational execution to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rate, average transaction value, and shrinkage reduction.
• Plan and execute sales strategies, manage wage budgets, and monitor performance against targets.
• Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, and storefront presentation to maximize sales opportunities.
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement actions to improve store performance.
• Ensure impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with brand standards.
