Responsibilities
Lead Visual Storytelling : Develop multimedia content—including videos, graphics, and digital assets—for social media, web, and print.
Drive Brand Consistency : Ensure all visual communications align with our brand identity across platforms.
Campaign Creation : Plan, execute, and monitor multimedia marketing campaigns to boost awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Email Marketing & Digital Campaigns : Design and manage email marketing strategies and digital campaigns to support go-to-market initiatives.
Event Management : Capture and produce multimedia content for events, workshops, and VIP engagements; coordinate event sponsorship acquisition and logistics.
Strategic Partnerships & Community Building : Collaborate with partners to expand brand reach and foster community engagement.
Brand and Digital Presence Management : Oversee online presence, ensuring consistent messaging and effective digital footprint.
CRM Optimisation : Manage and optimise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Eloqua to enhance customer engagement and pipeline management.
Content Innovation : Explore new formats and creative approaches to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Training & Leadership : Lead and mentor team members, fostering skills development and collaboration.
Collaborate Across Teams : Work with internal stakeholders and Corporate Communications to deliver impactful visual communications and support media initiatives.
SEO, SEM, PPC & Advertising : Utilize SEO best practices, SEM strategies, PPC campaigns, and Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
Qualifications
Degree in Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or related field
5–8 years' experience in multimedia production, digital marketing, or communications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and video editing tools
Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and digital advertising platforms
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Eloqua
Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills
Strategic thinker with expertise in GTM strategy, lead generation, and campaign management
Collaborative, adaptable, and resourceful team player with leadership experience
Contract & Work Hours
12-Month Contract
Up to $7,500
Mon–Thu 8 : 30 am – 6 : 00 pm
Fri 8 : 30 am – 5 : 30 pm
