Designation : Senior Campaign Success Manager

Responsibilities

Purpose of this role

• This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performance team that will set new benchmarks for campaign excellence
• Position will lead one of the campaign success management teams to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of all campaigns
• Direct team members to manage campaign project stakeholders within Mediacorp from the Commercial group (Creative Lab including Brand Studios, Events, Ad ops, Social Hub), Content Group, News and Current Affairs group, Digital Group, Talent Hub (TCA / Bloomrs), Legal, Finance amongst others to drive the timely and smooth delivery of the campaigns
• Lead and guide to develop and troubleshoot the optimal and efficient solution delivery process that ensures expected client satisfaction and beyond
• Direct and coach team members to be single-point-of-contact to assigned clients for all post sales campaign execution and conflict resolution
