About Massey University Foundation
The Massey University Foundation is Massey’s own charitable trust responsible for fundraising and stewarding donations on behalf of Massey University, currently focusing on the “For a Better World” Campaign with a goal of building Massey’s endowment fund to $100 million by December 2027, to mark its 100th anniversary. The funds will be used to strengthen Massey’s academic offering in key subject areas and to provide much needed scholarship. The campaign is calling on alumni, staff, friends and supporters to invest in three initiatives to help Massey to prepare for the next century and impact on major global challenges.
The Opportunity
The team is well on track to securing their target however there is so much more potential. As such, the Foundation is seeking two additional Senior Development Managers who will work closely with the Director of Development to ensure the Foundation’s success, offering a fantastic opportunity for a philanthropic leader with significant principal gift experience to join a highly motivated team.
Role Profile
You will be someone who brings demonstrated experience of planning and implementing fundraising initiatives, as well as identifying, soliciting, and cultivating highlevel relationships with external supporters, preferably in the health or education sectors.
Salary and Location
The salary for this role is Professional Grade 8 NZ$96,565-$129,699. This is a full-time role.
