This role provides a single point of contact for post-sales campaign execution and conflict resolution, and troubleshoots the solution delivery process to maximize client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesSmooth project deliveryTake over from Pre Sales team once the contract is signed off and develop an intimate understanding of key stakeholder units and the process to manage the campaign deliveries with successEnsure dynamic process troubleshooting to flag / remove any internal / external obstaclesEnsure all stakeholders are kept abreast of progress and development of the programme in a timely and effective mannerMaintain client satisfactionEnsure high client satisfaction with process flow, communication exchange, resolution of issues and quality of deliverablesEnsure client stakeholders are kept abreast of progress and development of the programme in a timely and effective mannerEnsure content execution, ad bookings, billing status are all in orderEnsure close collaboration with all production units (Creative Lab, CG, NCA etc) to produce the content, ensure ads are booked in, billing and payments are in order.
Ensure P&L approved is kept to and close the jobOrganise post campaign reports, post campaign presentation to clients for transmedia projects and work with Pre Sales and Data insights team on the preparation of these reports before presenting to clientsQualificationsA relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or MediaAt least 5 years of experience in project managementRelevant experience in a media-related industry is preferredProven ability to lead and execute project management, as well as managing multiple internal & external stakeholders in dynamic environment to meet business objectivesStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with proven track record to work across different teams such as sales, commercial planning, entertainment / News platforms, Finance and LegalReporting into Lead, Campaign Success Team
