Support end-user sales engagements by participating in joint calls, delivering tailored presentations, and contributing to strategies that accelerate pipeline conversion and improve win rates.
Maintain disciplined CRM usage to ensure accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and data-driven decision-making, while also analysing customer data to uncover trends and craft tailored value propositions.
Promote CXANZ-led campaigns, incentives, and product updates to drive awareness and sales momentum, guiding end users through CXANZ programs and tools to empower confident adoption of Citrix solutions.
Collaborate with CXANZ partners and internal teams to deliver seamless solution execution, ensuring smooth onboarding and helping customers achieve meaningful business outcomes aligned with their strategic goals.
Build and nurture strong relationships with end customers, focusing on long-term needs, renewal cycles, and expansion opportunities to reduce churn and increase Citrix solution adoption.
Serve as a key liaison between CXANZ partners, end customers, and Dicker Data, ensuring clear communication, coordinated execution, and adherence to company policies and health and safety standards.
