Project Coordinator (contract)

About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to support a team in delivering a tactical program of work. You will play a key part in supporting governance, improving business processes, and ensuring smooth project operations. This is a dynamic role that requires you to manage competing demands, prioritise effectively, and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide extensive governance support, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and advising business stakeholders on how to engage with governance committees.
• Support the maturity improvement of governance practices and processes.
• Deliver manual intervention processes to support improved privacy practices, such as identity validation for new external users.
• Provide standard project coordination support by maintaining project documentation, following up on actions, and assisting with meeting facilitation.
• Support the tactical work‑stream’s change activities, including stakeholder engagement and maintaining project communication channels.
• Collaborate with other specialists on the team, such as Data Analysts, Security Advisors, and Service Designers, to support various improvement activities.
