Where you come in

We’re on the lookout for a Building Coordinator to join our friendly and hardworking crew in the Eastern Bay.

This is a full-time role where you’ll be the go-to link between our sales and construction teams, helping keep things running smoothly for our clients and making sure their build experience is top-notch. You’ll also support the aftercare team and might help at our show home on the odd Sunday (we make it fun, promise!)

On top of that, you’ll keep our office humming with key admin and coordination duties such as :

• Handling a range of administration tasks including document control and invoicing / accounts
• Coordinating key build processes
• Support our construction and sales team with variety of administration / customer focused tasks
• Helping with marketing and communication
• Helping with event planning and team initiatives
• You’ll be reporting to our Regional Build Support Manager and play a key part in keeping everything moving – from sales handover through to getting the build underway.
