Yes for Success, part of Dress for Success Wellington, is a charitable organisation that empowers individuals through clothing, career coaching, and development programmes. We’re passionate about helping people build confidence and find pathways into employment—and we’re looking for someone equally passionate to join our warm, purpose-driven team.
As our Course Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and organisational backbone of our Work Preparation Programme. You’ll liaise with clients, facilitators, employers, and internal team members to ensure everything runs smoothly—from course delivery to work placements.

This is a part-time (16 hours / week) fixed term contract to 30 June 2027, based in Lower Hutt. It’s perfect for someone who thrives in a community-focused environment and wants to contribute to the success of others. Flexibility and a can-do attitude are key!
