We’re representing our client in their search for a Quality Assurance Coordinator, someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the drive to help maintain and improve compliance processes.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the implementation and monitoring of the firm’s Quality Assurance programme
• Keep policies, procedures, and systems up to date and accurate
• Assist with training, workshops, and process updates
• Investigate and resolve incidents and queries with professionalism
• Work with senior leaders and internal teams to contribute to continuous improvement
