This role focuses on creating AI-driven QA solutions, adopting cutting-edge AI advancements, and ensuring the quality and reliability of AI-based systems.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in test automation across various tools, be proactive in adopting new technologies, and drive the quality agenda within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAI QA Solutions Development : Design, develop, and implement advanced AI-powered QA automation solutions for testing AI applications, models, and systems.

Use innovative techniques to identify performance issues, inconsistencies, and biases.Test Automation & Frameworks : Build and maintain scalable, reusable automated test frameworks for AI systems using tools like Playwright, Appium, pytest, or custom AI testing tools.

Senior coding skills in Python, Typescript, Java, or C# are required.AI Model Testing : Conduct functional and non-functional testing of AI models to assess accuracy, bias, scalability, and robustness.

Perform regression testing to ensure AI solutions behave as expected across scenarios.Adopt AI Innovations : Stay updated with AI advancements and research.

Explore and adopt emerging AI technologies (e.g., GPT models, neural networks, reinforcement learning) to enhance QA processes.Cloud and On-Premise AI Services : Test and validate AI solutions hosted on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premise environments, ensuring optimal performance.Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with AI developers, data scientists, and product teams to identify testing needs, troubleshoot issues, and improve AI system quality.

Provide QA insights on AI solution design.Continuous Improvement : Implement and refine testing methodologies for AI systems, driving automation efficiency and aligning with rapid AI development cycles.Pipeline Development : Describe and demonstrate the value of test automation pipelines with AI solutions using PaaS (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Quality Metrics & Reporting : Establish key quality metrics, track progress, and report on testing effectiveness.

Maintain clear documentation on test outcomes, issues, and resolutions.Communication Skills : Effectively communicate complex concepts and value propositions to stakeholders in understandable terms.RequirementsSkills & Qualifications : At least 5 years of experience in test automation, focusing on AI and machine learning applications.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or Typescript, with strong Python skills.Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Pytest, or similar frameworks.Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS AI / ML, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Cloud AI) and on-premise AI solutions.Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI / CD pipelines for automation.Basic understanding of AI / ML concepts, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation metrics, and fairness.

Familiarity with testing methodologies for AI systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess performance and debug issues.Ability to stay current with AI industry trends and adapt to new tools and methodologies.Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications : Experience managing AI deployments in hybrid environments.Familiarity with AI ethics, fairness, and bias testing methodologies.Experience with TDD or BDD in AI projects.Why Join Us at Datacom?
