## About this role

Within prisons we have a multi-disciplinary approach to service provision to ensure we target and meet the needs of the people in our care.
This role is allocated for the Lower North region covering from Wellington to Taranaki and north-east to Hawke's Bay.The CQAA will work regionally (with frequent travel required) and collaborate nationally with other CQAAs as part of the Pae Ora group to implement a national quality framework which is aligned with Hokai Rangi and contributes to improved health outcomes for people we manage.This role has a key focus on the development, implementation, monitoring and auditing of clinical operational systems, clinical and quality performance, and clinical risk management, and requires proven analytical and problem-solving skills, evidence-based practice and expert quality assurance / improvement knowledge, skills and experience to ensure Pae Ora demonstrates a culture of continuous quality improvement, which is humanising and healing, and reflects the values of Ara Poutama Aotearoa.If you want to find out more about working with us, please click .
