Key Responsibilities :
- Developing and Implementing Quality Systems :
- Creating, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control programs, policies, and procedures.
- Supervising QA / QC Teams :
- Leading, mentoring, and providing guidance to quality assurance and quality control teams.
- Establishing Quality Standards :
- Defining and communicating quality standards and expectations to relevant teams.
- Monitoring and Auditing :
- Overseeing the monitoring and auditing of processes and products to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis :
- Identifying quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Driving process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration and Communication :
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and customer support, to address quality issues and improve overall quality.
- Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintaining accurate records of quality control activities, generating reports, and communicating quality performance to management.
