Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative AI Quality Assurance Lead who is passionate about the latest developments in AI and machine learning. This role focuses on creating AI-driven QA solutions, adopting cutting-edge AI advancements, and ensuring the quality and reliability of AI-based systems. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in test automation across a wide range of tools and is proactive in adopting new technologies to ensure robustness and accuracy of AI models and to drive the quality agenda.

Key Responsibilities

AI QA Solutions Development : Design, develop, and implement advanced AI-powered QA automation solutions for testing AI-based applications, models, and systems.
Test Automation & Frameworks : Build and maintain automated test frameworks for AI systems using tools such as Playwright, Appium, Pytest, or other AI testing tools. Ensure scalability and reusability. Senior automation coding skills in Python, TypeScript, Java, or C#.
AI Model Testing : Perform functional and non-functional testing of AI models to assess accuracy, bias, scalability, and robustness; conduct regression testing across scenarios.
Adopt AI Innovations : Stay up to date with AI advancements and explore emerging technologies to improve QA processes.
Cloud and On-Premise AI Services : Test AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premise environments.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with AI developers, data scientists, and product teams; provide QA input on design.
Continuous Improvement : Improve testing methodologies and automation efficiency.
Pipeline development : Describe and demonstrate test automation pipelines with AI solutions using PaaS (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Quality Metrics & Reporting : Define metrics, track progress, and report on test outcomes.
Communication : Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience : At least 5 years in test automation with a focus on AI / ML-based applications; proven experience building automated test frameworks.

Technical Skills : Proficient in Python, C#, Java, or TypeScript; hands-on with Selenium, Appium, Pytest or similar.

Experience with cloud-based AI services and on-premise AI solutions; version control (Git) and CI / CD.

AI / ML knowledge : Basic understanding of data preprocessing, model training, evaluation metrics, and fairness; testing methodologies for AI systems.

Analytical, problem-solving, innovation, learning mindset; collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with on-premise AI deployments in hybrid environments.

Familiarity with AI ethics, fairness, and bias testing.

Experience with TDD or BDD in AI projects.
