Qa Coordinator

OverviewOur leading client in the financial services space is seeking a QA Coordinator to provide critical support to their compliance and quality team.

This role focuses on ensuring processes, standards, and regulatory requirements are consistently met, while assisting with the smooth operation of the quality function across the business.

This position is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and keen to contribute to maintaining high standards.ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the implementation and upkeep of quality and compliance processes.Helping to update, communicate, and maintain policies and procedures.Supporting internal reviews, investigations, and follow-up actions.Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation for the team.Coordinating training activities and ensuring resources are current and accessible.Providing administrative support to help the team achieve objectives efficiently and effectively.QualificationsExperience in compliance, quality, or operational risk rolesFinancial services experience is a must.Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or similar systems.Professionalism, discretion, and high ethical standards.Why This OpportunityThis role provides a chance to develop a career in compliance and quality assurance within a supportive environment.
