• This is a pivotal role where your coordination skills will help ensure the Ministry's communications with Parliament and Ministers are timely, accurate, and impactful.

You'll help achieve this by : Coordinating the preparation and delivery of official documents, ministerial correspondence and reportsthat flow between the Ministry, Ministers, and the public.

You'll be part of an energetic and fun team.To be considered for this position, you must be a current New Zealand Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a NZ Government National Security Clearance – at Confidential level.
