• The main focus of the Project Coordinator is to provide administrative expertise and coordination support. As this role will be supporting the large scale, complex Consolidated Logistics Project we require someone who can readily provide the following :
• High level support to project managers and the wider team, including a range of administrative functions and travel management.
• Documentation, database and register management.
• Coordinating arrangements and required documentation for Governance Boards and project team meetings.
• Develop and maintain project artefacts, schedules and reports.
• Monitor project budget records, financial reports and process invoices for payment.
• Support the recruitment and on-boarding of new staff to the project.Please note : This is a two year fixed term opportunity based in Trentham. Due to the nature of this role, there is no option to work remotely.It is advised to apply early to avoid disappointment, as this role may close ahead of time due to a high volume of applicants.

• This newly created position provides opportunities for you to upskill and gain further experience with project work and improvement initiatives.You will need the following experience to be successful in this role :
• Significant experience in a busy coordination / administration role, preferably supporting a large-scale project or business change initiative.
• Experience developing and maintaining project documentation, registers, schedules and budgetary information.
• Technologically savvy with considerable experience using MS Office Suite and ideally SAP.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes very quickly.
• Confident communicator with considerable relationship / stakeholder management experience.
• Highly organised, adaptable and collaborative in your approach.This is a dynamic role within a busy, active team and is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced work environment.
