• The Christchurch Men's Prison Redevelopment Programme is a multi-year infrastructure initiative that will deliver new high-security accommodation and amenities, improving conditions for staff and prisoners and supporting delivery of our three organisational outcomes.Delivered under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model, the programme spans procurement, design and construction, and long-term asset management and facilities maintenance.As Project Manager, you'll take a hands-on role in delivering the first phase of the PPP procurement process.

You'll shape and manage workstream plans, oversee programme schedules and dependencies, and ensure high-quality documentation and reporting for governance.

You'll support the development of procurement strategies, manage tender logistics, and contribute to evaluation and negotiation processes.This role offers the chance to be part of a nationally significant programme that will directly improve infrastructure across the corrections network.

You'll work alongside a skilled and collaborative team, with the opportunity to influence outcomes that support safer environments and better long-term results for staff, prisoners, and communities.
