As a Senior Project Manager in the Delivery Practice team, you'll play a key role in leading and managing projects involving significant business value and risk implications.

You will be accountable for delivering projects effectively and efficiently, as well as on time, within budget and achieving the desired outcomes.

This role requires significant stakeholder management and influencing at all levels, including senior management.

• What will your day look like

TheSenior Project Manager role includes the following key responsibilities :

Lead end to end delivery, from inception through to delivery of medium to large sized projects and / or key pieces of work within large complex projects.

Work collaboratively with key business owners and stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for customers and the business.

Operate across multiple teams to ensure delivery is aligned.

Develop relationships with stakeholders and influence to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.

Identify and manage the risks, issues and dependencies throughout the delivery framework.

Apply sound project management principles and work within the ANZ Delivery Frameworks.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following :

Strong Project Management expertise, preferably in Banking or Finance.

Strong knowledge and proven application of project governance and various methodologies including Agile and waterfall delivery.

Excellent communication skills; ability to convey ideas clearly, engage stakeholders across all levels, and create a shared understanding through effective communication.

Skills in fostering teamwork, building partnerships, and aligning project teams towards common goals through collaboration and influence.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project environments.

Adaptability and resilience to work comfortably with change, ambiguity, and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment

You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
