Senior Project Manager - Consultancy

The culture is social, team driven and aspirational.They are now looking for a senior level project manager that has verticalproject experience in PM consultancy to client manage a sizable project.The role will see you managing a key client relationship project managingthe construction phase, having responsibility for QA,financial reporting, budget management / cost control, contractor oversight, programming and risk management.

You will play a key role in managing all stakeholders and ensuring robustcommunicationsthrough a range of meetings including PCG Meetings.As a senior project manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy / client-side background.

You have10+ years of NZ based experience with involvement on projects across industries such as aged care, high rise residential, health, industrial, education, utilities and transport.

A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, or Engineering is essential.

Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude and passion for what you do will make the cut in this environment.
