OverviewType : PermanentHours : Full timeLocation : WellingtonBusiness Group : Digital Services and SolutionsBranch : Digital ServicesSalary : $136,502 - $169,869An experienced Senior Property Project Manager is required to ensure these more demanding and technically complex property projects are delivered successfully.

This role is also 2IC to the PCFWP Programme Delivery Manager.ResponsibilitiesDeliver complex or critical property projects to successful outcomes.Manage organisational change necessary to achieve project goals and ensure stakeholders understand and support the changes.Collaborate within the DIA project delivery ecosystem to ensure alignment with programme objectives.Skills and experienceAt least 5 years project management experience.Extensive experience at a senior level in a variety of project management and business transformation assignments in government.Experience in cross-agencies managed projects, property and / or business change projects.Ability to cope with a high degree of ambiguity, uncertainty and change, and balance multiple deliverables.Highly effective stakeholder management skills and experience in managing cross-sector stakeholders.Vendor management experience.PMP / PRINCE2 certified or equivalent.Extensive experience managing projects across the civil, electrical and mechanical workstreams.What you'll get in returnA good work life balance, flexible working arrangements, and the opportunity to work with a high performing and growing change team.
