You'll lead the delivery of vertical building projects—with a strong focus on healthcare and education—while managing and mentoring a small team to ensure quality outcomes for clients.ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver high-value vertical projects (healthcare, education, commercial).

Lead, mentor, and develop a small project team.Drive project success across scope, schedule, budget, and risk.Provide strong client representation and stakeholder management.Lead contract administration, procurement, and reporting.Skills & Experience10+ years' experience in consultancy project management, consultancy engineering, or client-side rolesProven track record delivering vertical building projects (essential)Healthcare project experience highly desirableLeadership and people management experienceRelevant tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, or a construction-related disciplineStrong technical expertise in delivery, contract administration, and procurementExcellent communication and client engagement skills.
