Their client base includes listed companies, iwi, fund managers, private companies, trusts, individuals, and subsidiaries of multinationals.You will have exposure to complex and varied workstreams tailored to your experience and interests.

A significant portion of your work will involve advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including domestic and international transactions.

There will also be opportunities to work on other matters, including commercial work.
