This is the perfect next step for a corporate lawyer keen to continue building their skills and practice in a high performing team.Who we are looking for : The Wellington Corporate team is searching for a motivated Solicitor or Senior Solicitor.

Ideally, you will bring 2+ years' experience in corporate transactions covering mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital raisings, joint ventures and / or corporate restructurings.Utilising your skills and genuine passion for this area of law, you'll enjoy working closely with our diverse client base that includes privately owned and listed companies, financial services firms, fund managers, start-ups, and international venture capital funds, on a range of complex and interesting matters.You will also have the opportunity to : join a friendly and dynamic team that will allow you to make your markwork closely and collaborate with Partners and senior lawyers, each of whom has an accessible, open-door policywork directly with a variety of clients to deliver pragmatic, solution-oriented advicebe exposed to great professional support, from established programmes and networksWhat's in it for you?
