The team advises local, national, and international clients across a broad range of industries.

Their client base includes listed companies, iwi, fund managers, private companies, trusts, individuals, and subsidiaries of multinationals.

You will have exposure to complex and varied workstreams tailored to your experience and interests.

A significant portion of your work will involve advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including domestic and international transactions.

There will also be opportunities to work on other matters, including commercial work.

3–10 years' post-admission experience in corporate / commercial law, including mergers & acquisitions expertise

A proactive approach to work with flexibility to manage competing priorities

Salary : $120,696 - $150,199 per annum + competitive salary & additional benefits
