- The Health and Safety Coordinator supports the Navy's Health and Safety unit with administration and by contributing to the workflows necessary to support the Leadership, Risk Management, and other Defence Force Health and Safety policy requirements.As the successful applicant, your responsibilities would include the following :
- Logging and communicating requests from partners or stakeholders and escalating them to the proper persons as necessary.
- Administration and secretarial support, including (but not limited to) booking of venues, the circulation agenda, taking of meeting minutes, booking of travel, and more.
- Contributing to the planning, processes, and development of resources to help meet the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act
- Assisting (when directed) with Safety investigations, Assurance or Training, promotion, and engagement activities.

- This role will require an experienced Coordinator (ideally 3-5 years) in the Health and Safety field.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail and confidence in communicating with a wide-range of individuals and stakeholders.As well as possessing the above, you will also exhibit the following skills :
